Shashuka Breakfast Tacos

I may not know if I’m pronouncing Shashuka right… but I do know it’s my taco type. #tacotuesday

🍳Eggs are not just for scrambling- they’re EGGCELLENT for loaded oat bowls, pancakes, pastas, salads, Easter egg hunts … 

and most importantly for Tuesdays: TACOS. 🌮

I could TACObout all the other ways but my shashuka is getting cold.

Instructions
  1. In a skillet cook eggs.
  2. Season with salt and pepper if desired and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet cook veggie patty.
  4. Once mostly cooked break into small pieces and add marinara sauce.
  5. Spread sauce mixture over warmed tortillas.
  6. Carefully transfer eggs on top of mixture.
  7. Top with Cliantro.
  8. Serve Immediately!
