Ingredients
- 2 small Tortillas warmed
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Marinara Sauce Organico Bello Delicate
- 1 Veggie Patty
- Cliantro

Instructions
- In a skillet cook eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired and set aside.
- In the same skillet cook veggie patty.
- Once mostly cooked break into small pieces and add marinara sauce.
- Spread sauce mixture over warmed tortillas.
- Carefully transfer eggs on top of mixture.
- Top with Cliantro.
- Serve Immediately!
