PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BUCKEYES🍫

Ingredients
- 1/4 c PB Powder or use almond flour
- 60 g Protein Powder
- 1/2 c PB melted down or super gooey- American Dream Nut Butter
- 2 tbsp Sticky Sweetener date syrup or maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp Oats
- 2-3 tbsp Chocolate Chips mini

Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together melted peanut butter and sticky sweetener.
- In a medium bowl whisk together powdered PB and protein powder or almond flour.
- Pour wet mixture into medium dry ingredient bowl.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and mix until a cookie dough texture forms.
- Using a tbsp as a scooper, scoop out mini bombs.
- Dip in a mixture of melted chocolate + coconut oil (3:1) and freeze!
