Ingredients
- 12 oz Sparkling water or soda water chilled
- 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice 100% pure
- 1/2 cup Sugar Free Natural Sweetener Cucumber Mint
- 4-5 pieces Pineapple/Strawberries
- 1 scoop Collagen BioHealth Pineapple Mojito
- Strawberries + Pineapple to garnish

Instructions
- In a small bowl, add pineapple/strawberry pieces and muddle them using the back of a wooden spatula for a couple of mins or until all pineapple pieces have broken into small pieces.
- Transfer the muddled mixture into a serving glass.
- Add pineapple juice, sweetner, sparkling water or soda.
- Stir in collagen.
- Add garnishes!
