Maybe itโ€™s because I went to college in the city (no tailgating), maybe itโ€™s from a life of athletics or working nights/weekends since I was 15 .. but I just never could do it. โŒโฃ

The thought of a mid-day drink just throws off my entire day,โฃ

Especially when my drink of choice is tequila and soda water or wine. Iโ€™m not about traditional cocktails… SO MUCH JUICE + SUGAR.โฃ โŒ

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, add pineapple/strawberry pieces and muddle them using the back of a wooden spatula for a couple of mins or until all pineapple pieces have broken into small pieces.
  2. Transfer the muddled mixture into a serving glass.
  3. Add pineapple juice, sweetner, sparkling water or soda.
  4. Stir in collagen.
  5. Add garnishes!
