Don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t throw STONES at any of them (ok maybe Sleeping Beauty because the witch TERRIFIED ME)
but they just didn’t leave me feeling PEACHY.
Similar to how I felt about stone fruits until this summer.🍑

Ingredients
- 1 medium Peach
- 1/4 cup Cashew Flour Natures Eats
- 1 packet Natural 0 calorie Sweetner
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 eggs or 1/4 cup whites
- 1/4 tsp. Pure Vanilla

Instructions
- Remove peach pit, and cut peach into half-moon slices, about 1/2-inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sweetener and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix egg with vanilla.
- Toss each peach slice in the second bowl until coated.
- Shake slices to remove excess mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
- Add peach slices in a single layer- save any remaining slices for a second round.
- Set air fryer to 300 degrees.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy, ~10 minutes.
- Sprinkle over with desired toppings and dip into all your favorite creamy spreads!
