DON’T WORRY, I’m not going to list 30 things I’ve done the past year or 30 things I’ve learned but I will say as a recap…age 30 made top three of the best years of my life, which is crazy considering it started in full on lock down (thank you Covid).
Needless to say, the bar is set high for the next 12 months.
As the “type of girl” who believes in all things manifestation, astrology, faith and fate… I can confidently say I’m ready for the MAGIC to continue into this next year.

- Base layer:
- 1/2 c Nut butter melted
- 1/4 c Sticky Sweetener honey or date syrup
- 1/2 c Pretzels broken not crushed (4-5oz)
- 60 g BioHealth Phyto Protein Powder vanilla
- Middle layer:
- 1/2 c Chocolate: melted
- 2 tbsp Milk dairy free
- 1/2 c Coconut unsweetened shredded
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Top layer
- Almonds shaved
- Cadbury Eggs
- Sprinkles
Ingredients

- Lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish.
- In a food processor combine nut butter, dates and protein powder until a a thick somewhat sticky mixture is formed. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in crushed pretzel sticks.
- Once well mixed, pour and pack down into dish.
- Place in freezer for 10-15 min.
- In medium bowl combine melted chocolate, milk, coconut and sea salt.
- Spread over base layer in dish.
- Sprinkle over with top layer ingredients then freeze for 30+ minutes.
Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container!
