Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice fresh or extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter gooey
- 2 tbsp yogurt DF or greek or quark
- 1 tbsp Milk plant based

Instructions
- In a lightly sprayed or oiled mug, whisk together the dry ingredients with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Mix in the wet mixture to the the mug.*
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cake like texture forms.
Recipe Notes
* If the batter is too dry, add more milk until the batter is smooth and thick. Sugar Free Glaze: 2-3 tbsp SF powder + 1-2 tsp milk of choice
