Lemon Crumb Mug Cake
Single serving mug cake filled with spring flavors! Even better- topped with crumble and a sugar free glaze! Moist, flavorful, and bursting with lemon.

Instructions
  1. In a lightly sprayed or oiled mug, whisk together the dry ingredients with a fork.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix in the wet mixture to the the mug.*
  4. 
Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cake like texture forms.
Recipe Notes

* If the batter is too dry, add more milk until the batter is smooth and thick. Sugar Free Glaze: 2-3 tbsp SF powder + 1-2 tsp milk of choice
