I remember when I first started air frying and no one understood what I was talking about… now it’s a common bookmark board title.
I still get asked all the time though, “what do you use it for..”
✔️ Short answer: EVERYTHING.. ✔️
I use it in place of an oven, toaster oven and microwave.
Veggies, Meats, Fish, Baked Goods… and now FRUIT! 🍎 🍏
This was somehow a first for me and will 100% be a summer staple.
Nothing better than crispy warm apples baked in pecan flour to dip in sugar free chocolate with hemp caramel drizzle…🤤🤤

Ingredients
- 1 medium Apple sliced
- 1/4 cup Pecan Flour Nature’s Eats
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1 tbsp Date Sugar or Coconut
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
- Using two small bowls add the flour to one and egg to another.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon into the flour bowl.
- Taking one apple slice at a time dip into the whisked egg then into the flour mix.
- Place apple slices on a lightly sprayed sheet of foil.
- Air fry the slices on the sheet at 375F for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Pair with your favorite dips (melted SF chocolate) and drizzles (melted Hemp Caramel).
