Instantly I’m brought back to a phase when I would ALWAYS choose avocado over guac; avocado is much easier to portion out and essentially track on MyFitnessPal… depriving yourself of guacamole should never be allowed. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
Now I’m going all in on seconds… and still no regrets because this thick and creamy Chipotle goodness is on the healthier side anyways. 👏🏻

Ingredients
- 3 md Avocados ripe
- 2 tbsp yogurt greek or dairy free
- 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
- 2-3 tbsp Lime Juice fresh
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- Salt & Pepper for taste
- 1 fresh Jalepano optional
- 1/4 c Cilantro chopped
- 1/4 c Red Onion minced

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl add onion, sliced jalapeño and cilantro- put to the side.
- In a food processor pulse all remaining ingredients together until smooth, but still thick and a bit chunky.
- Fold avocado mixture into mixing bowl.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Dive in and devour!

Store extras in a glass sealed container with lemon juice to keep fresh!
