FAVORITE WAY TO HEALTHY “FRY”?!
Honestly I never thought the day would come that anything surpassed sweet potato fries in my book… but today is that day.
I do still need to try out carrot fries- but since avocado is technically a fruit this is a game changer.

Ingredients
- 8-10 Avocado Slices
- 1 Egg
- 1 c almond flour
- 1 c Shredded Coconut unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Spray an air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Gather three small to medium sized shallow bowls.
- In one bowl, whisk together the flour, pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder.
- In the second bowl, whisk one egg.
- In the third bowl place the shredded coconut.
- Take one slice of avocado through bowl 1, 2 then 3 until fully coated- after bowl 2 let the excess egg drip off before dropping it into the coconut bowl.
- Repeat for all slices.
- Space apart in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry each side for 2-3 min on 350F until they’re golden brown.
- The fries are best served warm with your favorite dressing!
