Veggies fries are out…coconut crusted avocado fries are in.

FAVORITE WAY TO HEALTHY “FRY”?! 

Honestly I never thought the day would come that anything surpassed sweet potato fries in my book… but today is that day.

I do still need to try out carrot fries-  but since avocado is technically a fruit this is a game changer.

Coconut Crusted Avocado Fries
Coconut Crusted Avocado Fries are such a fun and unexpected appetizer, snack or side kick to any meal! Easily vegan friendly by using flax egg, 100% gluten free with nut flour and simple to make in the air fryer.

  1. Spray an air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Gather three small to medium sized shallow bowls.
  3. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder.
  4. In the second bowl, whisk one egg.
  5. In the third bowl place the shredded coconut.
  6. Take one slice of avocado through bowl 1, 2 then 3 until fully coated- after bowl 2 let the excess egg drip off before dropping it into the coconut bowl.
  7. Repeat for all slices.
  8. Space apart in the air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry each side for 2-3 min on 350F until they’re golden brown.
  10. The fries are best served warm with your favorite dressing!
