Who else LOVES banana bread? Raise your hand.
Who else LOVES cinnamon? Double raise.

NOW I’m not just WUNDERING what my birthday recipe list will consist of … but I’m about to go dive in to another slice, post breakfast loaded oat bowl.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Cassava Flour
- 1/2 c Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 35 g Cinnamon Protein Powder optional
- 1/3 c Quark Yogurt plain
- 1 Egg whisked
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 c Almond Butter
- 2 medium Bananas ripped and mashed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 350 F.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix together the whisked egg, honey, mashed bananas and yogurt.
- Slowly add in almond butter.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Spread into a lightly spray bread pan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick tested!
Hey, this sounds yummy…but I’m a bit confused…it’s called cinnamon banana bread, but the ingredient list does *not* list bananas or cinnamon. Am I missing something? Thanks for clarifying🙂
