TEAM DONUTS OR MUNCHKINS?!
Most of you probably will say donuts..
but I’m hard team munchkins, honestly I’ve never really liked donuts. 😳
I think it’s because I don’t really like cake or traditional frosting (if you’ve been following me you know this lol) so when I’m craving that baked fluffy goodness all I want is a BITE.
And when that bite is baked with YumButter peanu tbutter… and filled with YumButter peanut butter..
I want more than a bite, I want a BAG! 👏🏻

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Flour of choice Cassava or Almond recommend
- 1 scoop Collagen 30g, optional
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanutbuter YUM Butter
- 1-2 tbsp Water
- 1/8 cup Sweetner Monk or Date sugar for me
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Mix all donut hole ingredients until well combined – you may need to add more or less water, depending on the texture.
- Form tbsp size balls with your hands.
- In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Roll the balls on the coating mix until fully coated.
- Pop in air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350F, or bake at 325F in a muffin tray for 5-6 min.

*If you want to make them extra special- using a small squeeze bottle or kitchen syringe inject peanut butter into the centers before baking!
