Instructions
  1. Slice a banana into half inch pieces.
  2. Crush down cashews.
  3. If using chocolate, melt with coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Place piece of banana between two pretzels like a sandwich.
  5. Dip the sandwich into the chocolate spread.
  6. Roll the dipped end in crushed cashews.
  7. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze!
  8. Eat at your convenience with pleasure. 🙂
