On another note, I’m so in deep on meal prepping my oats the night before that now if I choose not to for just ONE day I immediately regret it the next morning.

The benefits are endless but first and foremost, it SAVES SO MUCH TIME. 🙌🏻

Reeses flavored anything is one of life’s simplest pleasures… especially for breakfast. This overnight protein oatmeal is one of the easiest, yummiest, and well-balanced breakfasts that can be thrown together the night before!

  1. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Pour into a mason jar.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour or more so the oats soften and absorb the liquid).
  3. Top with nut butter and chocolate chips!
  4. Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm!
