I feel like we’re in a never ending THUMB war with 2020 … 💔
Is it too late to toss an R&R sticker on the next 6 months?
🙏🏻 I am a wellness junkie, no new news.
Wellness was one of specialty areas working full-time, my first solo trip was to Sedona to experience the spiritual vortex, I launched seed cycling + CBD bites last fall and a few years ago I went through YTT. ✔️✔️✔️
It’s taken years but I truly have found which forms of wellness truly bring me
PEACE OF MIND + RELAXATION …
🌟walking, walking, walking
🌟journaling
🌟working out
🌟coloring
🌟yoga
🌟epsom baths/suanas
🌟CBD…
…especially in COOKIE form, with chocolate. 🍪
Most recently I joined the Winged CBD gummy train to DROP extra RELAXATION into my BAKED GOODS. 🙌🏻
Sneaky sugary jam substitution ehhh? 😏
Plus getting in even more wellness while I journal… by eating cookies.
❤️ Maybe a worldwide CBD Thumbprint cookie drop would help? Cast your votes. ↓

- Add the wet ingredients.
- Mix well until the mixture forms a soft dough consistency.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls (I used a 1 tablespoon scoop).
- Place onto a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Using your thumb or the back of 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon, make an indent in the center of each cookie.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 – 15 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Right away, while the cookies are soft, place one CBD gummy in the center.
- Allow to cool before wellness-ing.
