- 6 oz Carrot Juice
- 3 oz Tequila optional
- 1.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 in Ginger fresh
- Margarita salt
- Jalepano

Instructions
- Place salt in a shallow dish.
- Dip rims of two rocks glasses in water (or run a lime wedge around rim) then lightly dip rims in salt; fill with ice.
- Peel ginger and add to cocktail shaker.
- Muddle ginger until completely mashed.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, add carrot juice, tequila and lime juice.
- Secure lid and shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain margarita into prepared glasses!
