- 1 c Plant milk unsweetened
- 1/4 c Blueberries frozen
- 1/4 c Oats rolled
- 1/4 c yogurt thick is best
- 30 g Vanilla Protein Powder

- Add all ingredients to a blender, milk first.
- Pulse blend until smooth.
- Top with your favorites!

If you find the texture is too thick, add some more milk or if too watery, add 3-4 ice cubes.
