- 1/2 c Oats rolled or old fashion
- 1/4 c Eggwhites optional
- 1/4 c Coconut yogurt or greek or plain
- 1/4 c Milk dairy free or water
- 1/2 tbsp Chocolate Chips mini
- 1/2 tbsp Shredded Coconut unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Now Foods Almonds crushed
Ingredients

- In the microwave cook oats with milk or water for 1-2 minutes.
- Using a fork, whisk in egg whites.
- Cook again for 1 minute.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Store in refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours.
- Eat cold in the morning!
