I have literally no idea what to do with any of the above but I am DUMPing what I can..
it’s just not as easy as PIE to DUMP onto a plate.🥧

The perfect unpacking Sunday sidekick, with some whip cream and caramel drizzle… because Sunday funday right?

Ingredients
- 1 cups Apples peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Walnut flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Lightly spray a ramekin and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix apples, vinegar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Pour into the ramekin.
- In the bowl, stir in the rest of the ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour out onto a plate and top with your favorites- like whip cream!
