Life hack: mini apple fritters = more apple fritters
What is one MINI food that you can no longer go back to having regular sized?!
These make my top three- along with my mini lucky charms treats last week. ☘️
I’m also the biggest fan ever of mini chocolate chips, baby avocados and cute little bananas.
Or pretty much anything that fits my air fryer food criteria:

Ingredients
- 1/2 c almond flour 60g
- 2 tbsp Sweetener sugar or replacement
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 Apple peeled and finely diced (40g)
- 3 tbsp Cottage cheese or yogurt, 42g
- For the Glaze
- 2 tbsp Sugar or sugar replacement*, 18g
- 1 tbsp Cacao Butter melted, 7g
- Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
- Spray an air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl.
- Mix in in diced apples.
- Once apples are coated, using a spoon mix in cottage cheese until batter is crumbly.
- Form 1-2” balls of dough with hands.
- Space apart in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on top.
- For the glaze, mix the sugar and cacao butter together and pour/brush over the fritter as it comes out of the air fryer.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
