Peppermint Brownie Fudge
Simple, addictive and still full of healthy ingredients. This peppermint fudge is rich and melty with a heaping taste of brownie batter flavor!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Cashew butter
- 3 tbsp Oat milk
- 2 tbsp CocoGoodsCo Premium Organic Coconut Oil
- 2/3 c Protein powder chocolate
- 2 tbsp Brownie Mix optional
- White Chocolate melted
- Candy Canes crushed
Instructions
- In a small saucepan or in the microwave, melt cashew butter, coconut oil and milk together until smooth. Whisk in protein powder and brownie mix.
- Line a 8″x4″ loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter. Pour over melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Place in freezer for at least one hour until set.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the freezer in an airtight container up to one month.
