I love every day to be highly productive, 

so that first hour is so important to set me up for the next 16-17 hours of the usual cycles …

Since Chicago’s restaurant industry is “opening up its doors” a lot of the details to my cycles are about to do a crazy hokey pokey,

AKA more than ever my morning routine, will be the main vein of keeping me able to get through the rest of the day. 🙏🏻 

One of the essentials to that routine is VITAMINS, which I used to take HANDFULS of for years … yes, plural. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Vitamin C, Super B Complex, Vitamin D3, Fish Oil, Biotin, Magnesium, Iron, Probiotic, etc.

Sounds complicated right?

Haha well apparently it doesn’t have to be, now I’m down to THREE. ✔️
