Brookie Cookie Dough Bites
No bake, protein filled and loaded with chocolate chips! These raw edible cookie dough bites are the perfect addition to any meal, snack or treat!
Ingredients
- 1 c American Dream Nut Butter Chip Chip Away Cashew Butter
- 1/2 c Protein powder vanilla
- 1/4 c Maple syrup pure
- 2 tbsp Milk of choice
- 1/4 c Chocolate chips of choice
- 3 tbsp Cacao powder or cocoa
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together nut butter, maple syrup and milk until smooth.
- Fold in protein powder and chocolate chips.
- Take half the batter and place into a separate bowl.
- Mix in cacao powder to one of the two batter halves.
- Roll 8 balls out of each batter separately.
- Gently roll together one of each to form the balls. Continue until all are combined.
Notes
*Keep protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
