Officially one year older on Sunday and definitely wiser when it comes to a breakfast choices…but that’s not the only fun birthday fact i’m here to share today..

Instead of typing out 30 life lessons or things I’ve learned the past year I’m going to share ten random facts about myself, FUN FACTS if you will.

.quality time and physical touch are my top love languages.

.im the most extreme type A person ever. 

.I still don’t know my right from my left (cue my dad laughing).

.when I say my body comp is heavily nut butter based im not kidding.

.i swam competitively for 12 years, bodybuilding for five to follow.

.speed demon, walking and driving. 

.there is nothing I won’t air fry.

.I sleep with the fan on high year round regardless of temps. 

.studied medicine, worked in prof sports PT + fitness management FT, this all was a life long hobby (dream) turned career (come true).

Birthday Cake Baked Proats

Cook Time 3 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 40 g Oats
  • 1/3 c Milk dairy free or non
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 20 g Designer Wellness Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt dairy free or non
  • Sprinkles
  • Oreo

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except yogurt, Oreo and sprinkles.
  • Pour into a glass dish.
  • Place yogurt in the center, top over with a little of the batter and cover with the Oreo.
  • Add sprinkles.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes or bake for 15 min on 400F.
