Raw Cherry Ripe Bars

Vegan healthy cherry bars that are perfectly simple to make and require no baking. They are loaded with flavor, protein and nutrients- easy to store in the fridge or freezer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Oats
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Cherry filling
  • 3 tbsp Drink Everly Pomegrante Berry
  • 60 G Protein Powder Chocolate *optional
  • 1 c Chocolate melted
  • Pistachios crushed

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, coconut oil and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour into lined or lightly sprayed loaf pan as crust layer.
  • Make ripe layer by mixing together cherry filling with Drink Everly Pomegrante Mix.
  • Pour over oat layer.
  • Lastly combine melted chocolate with protein powder (if desired, or just use chocolate alone).
  • Pour over cherry layer and top with crushed pistachios.
  • Freeze until layers are solidified, cut into bars!
