Sugar Cookie Protein Fudge
A delicious no bake protein rich fudge in holiday form! Simple, easy and quick to make a batch for bites between meals.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Lightly spray an 8 x 8 baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and protein powder.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together nut butter and date syrup.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the large bowl.
  5. Add in milk slowly a little at a time, you may need more or less depending on the brand.
  6. Thoroughly mix and add in sprinkles.
  7. Transfer the to the pan and using your hands or a spatula press firmly until an even layer is formed.
  8. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares!
