S’mores Kiss Cookie Cups
What will your last kiss of the year look like? Ours may just include S’mores in cooke cup form! Mini cookie cups filled with nutrient dense ingredients and top with sweet favorites from 2020- marshmallows and chocolate of course! Easily made vegan friendly and gluten free!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray a mini cupcake/muffin tin.
  3. In a food processor, blend flour, protein powder, graham crackers, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  4. Once blended add in coconut oil, vanilla and peanut butter.
  5. Pulse blend a few times until well mixed.
  6. Scoop one tbsp of the dough into each cup.
  7. Bake for approx. five minutes.
  8. Cut marshmallows in half using scissors and unwrap kisses.
  9. After five minutes, top each cookie cup with a marshmallow half, sticky side down.
  10. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallow puffs up.
  11. Remove from oven and top each cup with a Hershey Kiss.
  12. Allow to cool for a few minutes before devouring.
Recipe Notes

To make gluten free substitute additional flour or protein powder for graham crackers!

Vegan friendly with dairy free marshmallows and chocolate.
