Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly spray a donut or bagel tray.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Mix in quark with a fork,
  5. Lightly dust flour on your work surface and knead the dough until it’s tacky but not sticky.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
  7. Roll each ball into thick ‘ropes’ and form into bagel pan molds.
  8. Use a brush to wet the bagel with the oil or egg white wash and sprinkle over with your seasoning mix.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  10. Carefully removing from the mold and let them completely cool before cutting.
