Instructions
  1. Lightly spray an 8×8″ pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the syrup and peanut butter.
  3. Fold in the chopped pretzels. 
  4. Scoop the mixture into the pan and flatten with your hands or bottom of a fork/spatula.  
  5. If you’d like- place the pan in the freezer while you make the filling.
  6. In a mixing bowl (I used the same bowl used for the base), stir together the coconut oil, oat milk and chocolate spread.
  7. Stir in the protein powder.
  8. Scoop mixture over the base and flatten it out.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up, then slice with a sharp knife.  
  10. Serve and enjoy!
