Instructions
  1. Lightly spray a 9×5 baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, pulse granola, nuts, oats and coconut oil until a thick, coarse texture forms. Transfer to the pan and create an even layer.
  3. In a small bowl mix together ingredients for middle layer.
  4. Spread pumpkin mixture on top of crust layer.
  5. Place in freezer.
  6. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil.
  7. Melt until well mixed and warm- watch carefully to be sure not to burn.
  8. Once cooled, pour over the pumpkin layer, top with sea salt.
  9. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
