Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Whisk together nut butter and maple syrup to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in flour and collagen/protein powder.
  3. Spoon a tbsp size portion of dough into your hand and create ball using your palms.
  4. Place each ball individually on a cookie sheet or small tray.
  5. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to harden.
  6. While the truffles are setting pour the chocolate chips into a microwavable bowl and set on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour/drizzle melted chocolate over the truffles or dip the truffles directly into the bowl of melted chocolate. Sprinkle with coconut.

Leftovers should be kept refrigerated in a sealed container.
