Peppermint Popcorn Clusters
White chocolate and peppermint in the perfect cluster of popcorn crunch! These are such an easy to make recipe for all your holiday movie nights, parties and during those decorating sessions!

Instructions
  1. Line a large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Chop up the almond bark into large pieces.
  3. Set up a double broiler on the stove by filling a saucepan with one inch of water.
  4. Place a tightly fitting, heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan.
  5. On low heat with water simmering, add the chocolate and cacao chips to the bowl and allow to melt while stirring occasionally.
  6. Separately place popcorn in a large bowl.
  7. Once smooth and melted, remove the bowl from the heat and stir in half of the crushed peppermints.
  8. Add chocolate mix to bowl with popcorn.
  9. Spoon large clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermints over the top.
  11. Allow the chocolate to set completely before transferred or moving.
Recipe Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks- recommend in the fridge.

This will make anywhere from 12-20 clusters depending on what size you make them.
