Rolled Oats

Dates
chopped

Chocolate:
chopped or chips

Nut butter
melted or gooey

Coconut Oil
melted

PB Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
or protein bars
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Thoroughly mix together.
Evenly spread out half the batch on a sprayed sheet of foil.
Cook in air fryer on 350 for 2-3 minutes, shake then continue for 2-3 additional minutes.
Repeat with second half of batch.
Chill for 10-15 min before devouring!
