Paleo Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
Soft, moist and wholesome – these Paleo Pumpkin Muffins are filled with flavor, nutrient dense ingredients and provide a sweet tooth craving satisfying feeling!

Maple Syrup

eggs

Pumpkin Puree

Cacao powder
1/4
cup
Mini Chocolate Chips
optional- not paleo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a cupcake pan with 12 paper liners; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
Add in coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs and pumpkin until well mixed.
Stir in the chocolate chips if desired (not paleo).
Spoon batter evenly into your paper liners.
Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the center is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving!
