Ingredients
Crust/Crumble:

Sunbutter
or creamy peanut butter
1/2
c
Date Syrup
or maple syrup
2
c
Rolled Oats
1/4
c
almond flour
1
tsp
cinnamon
Filling
1
c
Greek Yogurt

Instructions
Lightly spray an 8×8 baking dish,
In a large mixing bowl, mix the sunbutter and syrup until well combined.
Mix in the oats, almond flour and cinnamon until everything comes together.
Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
While the batter sits, prepare the filling y combining together yogurt and protein.
Tightly press 2/3 of the crust in the bottom of the sprayed pan.
Put the filling over the bottom layer and freeze for 15 minutes until thickened but not fully frozen.
Take out and crumble the remaining 1/3 of the mixture over the filling.
Lightly press down then freeze for 30 minutes longer or until firm.
