Mini Lucky Charms Treats
What a better way to celebrate National Cereal Day in March than with a lucky charms treat?! High protein, much healthier than any other Rice Krispie form bite on the block and just so happens to pair deliciously well with oat milk!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl mix together protein powder and cereal.
  2. In a small bowl combine syrup, melted oil and cashew butter (make sure it is very gooey- you may need to melt down a bit).
  3. Stir liquid mixture into medium bowl until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into lightly sprayed loaf pan.
  5. Use the back of a spatula to pack down.
  6. Place in freezer for 15 min.
  7. Take out and cut into four bars.
  8. Dip each into melted chocolate and place on wax paper.
  9. Put back in freezer for 15 min.
  10. Once chocolate is hard, cut each bar into minis (four per bar).
