Instructions
  1. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil and set aside.
  2. Place popcorn in a medium or large bowl with a lid.
  3. the date syrup and sweetner in a small saucepan over medium heat (or carefully melt in microwave).
  4. Add the Peanut Butter and stir in completely.
  5. Immediately pour the hot melted mixture over the popcorn.
  6. Top with lid and shake!
  7. Spread the popcorn over the baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Cut the sunbutter cup or candy in small pieces and sprinkle over the popcorn, pressing down gently as needed to firmly attach.
  9. Melt cocoa or chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stir and reheat as needed until the mixture is smooth.
  10. Drizzle over the popcorn.
  11. Sprinkle peanuts and sea salt.
  12. Let set until dry to touch or desire to devour!
