  1. Food process 2 tbsp of oats into flour.
  2. In a small bowl add apple slices, syrup, applesauce, flour and spices.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a mug or microwave friendly bowl.
  5. Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
  6. Add granola, the rest of the oats and oat milk.
  7. Microwave for 10 seconds longer.
  8. Serve on a plate with yogurt or dive into the bowl!
