Ingredients

Coconut Oil
melted

Popcorn
PopZero Sea Salt

Date Syrup syrup
Instructions
Place warm melted coconut oil into a deep bowl with a cover.
Add in popcorn and cover.
Shake the pan back and forth every 20 seconds or so.
Drizzle date syrup over popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, fill and pack the heart with a handful of mix.
Carefully retract and continue until all mix is used.
Fridge to form!
Once formed in shape make a protein glaze or use frosting to drizzle over.
Recipe Notes
*If using plain popcorn be sure to add sea salt.*
