Instructions
  1. Place warm melted coconut oil into a deep bowl with a cover.
  2. Add in popcorn and cover.
  3. Shake the pan back and forth every 20 seconds or so.
  4. Drizzle date syrup over popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, fill and pack the heart with a handful of mix.
  6. Carefully retract and continue until all mix is used.
  7. Fridge to form!
  8. Once formed in shape make a protein glaze or use frosting to drizzle over.

*If using plain popcorn be sure to add sea salt.*
