Healthy Macaroons
Ingredients

bag Coconut Snack Mix
1/2
cup
Coconut Flour
1
cup
Coconut Flakes
unsweetened
1/3
cup
Coconut Milk
or any
1/4
cup
Honey
1
tbsp
Coconut Oil
Cocoa spread
melted
Instructions
Start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients above with a large spoon or spatula mix to completely combine, break down any large pieces of the snack mix.
Slowly mix in the wet ingredients to the dry- except for the melted cocoa spread.
Once completely mixed into a thick batter, scoop out mixture onto parchment paper into 2” macaroon balls.
Bake for approximately 12-15 min. or until the tops are dried and lightly browned.
Once cooled, you can dip bottoms of macaroons in the melted spread, then place on parchment paper or directly drizzle the spread over the tops
as desired.
