French Vanilla Protein Donuts
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Lightly spray a donut baking pan.
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients: protein, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  4. Separately add one beaten egg to yogurt.
  5. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking every few just to be safe.
  7. Take out when they are mostly cooked but still slightly soft and chewy.
  8. Top with Kays Naturals French Vanilla protein cereal, slightly crumbled and pressed into dough.
  9. Toss back in for 3-5 minutes until donuts are fully baked through!
  10. Tooth pick test if needed. đŸ™‚
