Ingredients
Base layer:

Oats

Walnut flour

Maple Syrup

Water
Middle layer:

Coconut Cream

Quark
Wunder Creamery

Lemon Juice

Blueberries
Top Swirl:

Raspberry puree or filling

Instructions
Lightly spray a 8×4 bread pan or similar shape glass dish.
Blend together flour and oats.
Add in maple syrup and water.
Once well mixed spread on to the base of dish.
Move to freezer.
In a separate bowl beat together coconut cream and quark (or yogurt) heavily.
Mix in lemon juice.
Hand mix in blueberries.
Swirl in raspberry puree or filling (see my poptart recipe for all natural probiotic filling details).
Freeze until hardened.
Top with a crumble if desired.
