Crispy Cinnamon Apple Slices

  1. Set up three small shallow bowls.
  2. Add the flour to one bowl, whisked egg to another bowl and the sugar, pretzels and cinnamon to a third bowl- mixed well.
  3. Dip each apple slice first in the flour, then into the egg, and then into the pretzel mixture. Coat both sides in each bowl well.
  4. Line up the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
  5. Cook on 350 in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Open and flip to the other side and cook for another two minutes.
  7. Drizzle over with yogurt sauce or melted chocolate or nut butter!
