CRANBERRY SPICED COOKIE DOUGH
Cookie dough doesn’t get any healthier than this! Bite sized dough balls packed with superfood, protein and nutrients to make for a fast no bake recipe!

Instructions
  1. Line a plate with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds and dried cranberries.
  2. Stir in nut butter and syrup until a crumbly mixture is formed. Using a tablespoon at a time, add dairy free milk until a very thick batter is formed.*

  3. Mix in mini chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Using a tbsp, form batter into small balls of dough.
  5. Transfer the ball of dough onto the lined plate!

Recipe Notes

* Depending on the brand of protein powder and type of oats, you may need less/more milk so add it slowly.

Leftovers should be kept refrigerated in a sealed container.
