For the Streusel

For the Glaze

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly spray a muffin tray.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the muffins.
Separately, whisk together the egg, milk, and apple sauce.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Stir the batter until smooth.
Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with the batter.
In a small bowl add the coconut oil, walnuts, and oats together.
Stir then top off each baking cup muffin batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.
Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool.
For the glaze, mix sugar and water together then drizzle over the top of the cooled muffins.
Devour!
