Chocolate PB Protein Shake

Banana
frozen
1/4

yogurt
of choice

tbsp
Peanut Butter
4-5
ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, pulse blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until blended.
Pour into a glass and add your favorite toppings!

I used Premier Protein’s Chocolate PB Shake, you can also use 30g protein powder!
