Simple, delicious and loaded with protein! These Chunky Monkey Protein Cups are a perfect way to have a healthier no-bake treat between or with meals!

  1. Use silicone liners or lightly spray a muffin tin.
  2. In a small bowl melt together cacao and white chocolate.
  3. Fill each of the cups 1/3 of the way with melted cacao butter.
  4. In a small bowl combine nut butter, protein powder and milk.
  5. Once gooey and well mixed place one heaping tbsp of mix into the middle of each cup on top of cacao base.
  6. Add 2-3 thinly sliced pieces of banana next.
  7. Top each cup with remaining cacao butter.
  8. Sprinkle over with crushed walnuts.
  9. Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until set!
Recipe Notes

Do not leave them out too long before devouring- they will start to melt once at room temperature!
