Chocolate Chip Banana Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Blend together all dry ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Add egg, yogurt and honey until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a large bowl and stir in the bananas, zucchini and chocolate chips.
  5. Fill the loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes or until toothpick test is clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting!

Recipe Notes

**To drain the liquid from the zucchini, place about a cup of it between two paper towels, cheesecloth or in a clean dish towel and squeeze it over the sink.
