Cherry Cheesecake Protein Cookie Bars
Easy and healthy edible cookie dough bars filled with cherry pie flavor and guilt free! Just a handful of main ingredients, no baking required! Gluten free and easily vegan friendly.

Instructions
  1. Line medium loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine cashew butter with honey.
  3. Stir in protein powder and almond flour.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Press cookie dough into pan, evenly pressing into all four corners.
  6. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. Combine, ingredients for cherry filling.
  8. Remove pan from freezer and smooth over cherry filling layer.
  9. Top with a combined mixture of melted chocolate and coconut oil.
  10. Place back in freezer for 2 hours or until all layers have set.
Recipe Notes

*Date syrup, maple syrup and agave nectar work as well

**Yogurt or cream cheese or cottage cheese are easy substitutes

Store extras in freezer.
