Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cut Tomatoes into thick 1/4” slices.
  2. Cut Mozzarella ball into slices slightly thinner than tomatoes.
  3. Place a mozzarella slice on top of each tomato slice.
  4. Take large spinach leaves and place one on top of each mozzarella layer.
  5. Add thinly sliced grilled chicken breast on top of spinach leaf layer for each bite.
  6. Top each bite with 1/2-1 tbsp Crunchsters Smokey Balsamic Mung Beans.
  7. Sprinkle all bites with basil or your favorite Italian spice.
