Apple Pie Protein Bites
These Healthy Apple Pie Protein Bites are the perfect fall snack to grab when you need a quick protein boost between meals along with a creamy sweet taste of fall!

Instructions
  1. Mix together applesauce, nut butter and syrup in a small bowl.
  2. In a food processor mix together cinnamon, protein and oats.
  3. Mix wet ingredients from small bowl into the food processor.
  4. Add in 1-2 tbsp of water if needed.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 5-10 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  6. Roll into 1-2 tbsp sized balls and place on parchment paper.
  7. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together then cinnamon powder.
  8. One by one place each protein ball in the mix and use a spoon to coat.
  9. Place on parchment paper then into the fridge until hardened.
